Building this platform has been a deeply meaningful effort for our team. As our last update for 2025, we wanted to highlight everything we shipped and everything coming next.
🎥 AI Powered Audition Tracker & Insights
One of our most requested features is now live! Auditions sync automatically for every role Castmenow submits you to, giving you one place to track and manage your progress. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and lets you update statuses or import external auditions with a single click.
You can also explore powerful insights like:
- Which casting directors call you in most
- Your pay ranges and project types
- The kinds of roles and genres you get noticed for
- How your submissions convert into auditions
- A clear, easy to read performance summary over time
This feature is free forever and currently available to all Plus users.
🌐 New Platforms
Our Casting Frontier integration is now live! You can enable CF directly from your dashboard and we will apply on your behalf automatically.
Two more platforms are already on the way and you can join the preview list inside your dashboard for priority access!
🎯 Multi Role Submits
This feature started from a concern many of you raised about occasional “double submits” within the same project. To solve this, we built Multi Role Submits, giving you complete control in a clean and simple way.
When a project has more than one role that genuinely matches your profile, you can now decide whether we should expand your coverage or stay strictly focused. It eliminates accidental double submits while letting you choose the strategy that fits your career approach. This setting is On by default.
🔍 Pre Filter Check
A new optional filter that runs an extra pass on each role before matching, preventing occasional mismatches and making your submissions cleaner and more accurate.
